As MatSiG is a relatively new platform, there is a chance that you would like to be a member of an organization that does not exist in MatSiG, meaning you can't find it in the organizations list. In that case please submit a ticket requesting the addition of the organization and we will review it asap.

From the menu choose "Open a New Ticket" and in the help topic choose "MatSiG / Create Organization".

Then provide the organization's details and you will have a response from us when the organization is created on MatSiG.
